Very often we find that life is tricky. We know in our heads what we'd like to do but we don't always do it! There are things we always struggle with and repeated patterns of behaviour we can't seem to break.

David (from a background in working with families and leadership training) and Ian (from a background in NLP and coaching) will explore our relationship with God, ourselves and the past to see if we can help each other to find out how to do life better.
