We have two teams dedicated to covering pastoral care. Our Pastoral Team covers the church family, whilst Help@Hand is community based and supports the local village. The 2 teams work closely together and try to meet all needs as appropriately as possible

Pastoral Team - Caring for the Church Family

Within the church we have a team dedicated to supporting our church family. This support includes:

Welcoming Newcomers - a home visit with helpful information
Support for families - helping families to cope with stressful periods
Support for the bereaved - home visits
Support for older people - lifts to church
Home visits - (with communion if required)
Befriending
Bible study groups
Communion services in residential homes
Help (spiritual and/or practical) at difficult times
Monthly lunch club (Lunch 'n' Meet). A meeting place for older people who are young at heart.
