Teule Hospital, Muheza

Muheza is a small district town in the North East of Tanzania 40 kms inland from the port of Tanga and about 100 kms south of the Kenyan border. It lies at the foot of the East Usambara mountains on the edge of the coastal plain.
Hospitali Teule is the District Designated Hospital for Muheza district. It is owned and administered by the Anglican Church of Tanzania, under the Diocese of Tanga, with the aim of providing health care for the population of Muheza District in co-operation with the District Medical Officer and according to regulations determined by the Ministry of Health.
