September 2009 marked the launch of Village Venues with Holy Trinity Church and Sunningdale Parish Council working together to provide a streamlined service for Sunningdale's two main community venues: the CMI and the Village Hall located at either end of Church Road. There is now a single contact point for booking and administration of both venues.

The CMI is the home of Rendezvous by day, a community meeting place, where friends congregate over a coffee and enjoy the delicious home baked cakes and cookies or a light lunch. The large back room is used during the day for a wide range of classes and activities and in the evenings and weekends can be hired for private functions, it is the perfect venue for family parties, discos and events where the use of two separate rooms provide areas for dancing or childrens activities alongside a quieter area for adults to socialise and chat.

 The Village Hall has a large main hall with raised wooden stage area ideal for theatrical performances or musical events and a sprung wooden floor which is also marked out for badminton. A serving hatch direct from the kitchen makes it an ideal venue for many functions where eating and dancing can be combined. Like the CMI the hall is also used during the day for many classes and activities. The Village Hall also has a smaller hall at the rear of the building which is the home during the week to Sunningdale PreSchool, this carpeted room with kitchenette area can also be hired for events at evenings and weekends.
