RENDEZVOUS - CAFE IN THE CHURCH - NOW OPEN
Do come and visit us in the church for tea, coffee and cake. We are open from 9.15 - 11.30 and 3.15 to 4.30 Monday to Thursday!!

PLANNING APPLICATION - UPDATE
You can view the progress of the application for portacabins  at RBWM Planning to see the concerns/objections received in the consultation period and the HTS response. Please sign the notice of support for temporary installation. NEXT STEPS: There will be visits to churches on Thursday and Saturday - please let David know if you would like to come along to one or both. Minibus leaves at 9am and will be back by 3pm. PLANNING PANEL HEARING: 30th MAY @HOLY TRINITY SCHOOL

WOMEN'S CHARITY DINNER - 18 May @ 7.30 - Village Hall
All money raised will support a local Women's Refuge. Please RSVP to Kathryn Uffindell or to 4womensunningdale@gmail.com by 13 May. The cost is £15 which can be paid on the door.

ANNUAL GOLF DAY - Sun 20 May from 12.30pm

YOUTH CONCERT - 20 May 2012. 6.30pm at HTS
An evening of music led by our young people, offered for your enjoyment and to raise money for their Canada trip. Admission is free, donations welcome.

International Quiz Night. Bring your own drinks and nibbles.

SUNDAY 27TH MAY - FAREWELL TO LUKE AND FAMILY
In our morning services we will be saying farewell to Luke and his family as Luke prepares to take up his new post of Rector of Binfield. There will be an opportunity to celebrate with Luke over a drink in the coffee break that morning. The service of licensing for Luke is at All Saints Church in Binfield on Wednesday 13 June at 7.30pm. Everyone is welcome.

FIT FRIDAYS - CALLING ALL WOMEN!
We are running a fitness group in the church. If you are interested we will be meeting at the church on Fridays at 9.30 to go for a short run. All Abilities welcome.

SOUL SURVIVOR - 7-11 August 2012
1000's of young people, camping, fun, teaching, worship and great times!
Location - Bath and West Showground, Somerset.
The Hoopers are going this year, and are happy to bring other young people from the local church community too! Cost is £94.00 per person plus £30 for food and transport.
Want to come? Speak to Sal ASAP - it's booking up fast! 

PILGRIMAGE TO THE HOLY LAND - 8-16 OCTOBER 2013
With David Uffindell and Derek Winterburn. A comprehensive 9-day pilgrimage based in Jerusalem and Galilee. Visits will include Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Nazareth, Capernaum, the Sea of Galilee and the Judean wilderness. We will walk along the Via Dolorosa, sail on the Sea of Galilee and have the opportunity to float on the Dead Sea. More information about this tour and a reservation form can be found at the back of church. 

VOLUNTEERS WANTED
We are looking for volunteers on our Pastoral Team, for Creche, Sunday Club and Youth Work If you are interested in becoming involved in any of these teams we would love to hear from you at the Church Office - 01344 621886.

CANADA YOUTH TRIP 2012
Next August for those in year 10-13, to a wonderful city and amazing youth camp!How can you help? Please pray for us - arrangements, and raising money! Attend any of our money raising events! HTS is a collection point. Please find shopping lists below. Each week the contents will be taken to the Foodbank Depot at The Kerith Community Church in Bracknell for onward distribution.
